I am going through the 50 shades greener program and will implement this on two of our venues. We have also created a sustainability task force group.

We are a sustainability focused company and ensure all the wineries we work with are sustainable. So we want to always be making the effort to do more and the 50 Shades Greener programme seems like a great way to measure what we do - and don’t currently do! Group Wine Buyer William Holl will oversea the sustainability task force in Islington with the help of the enthusiastic and supportive team there. We hope that this will help to cement us as the number one sustainable wine importer and inspire others to do more too

Looking ahead, what are the longer-term company goals?
Water usage, waste, and energy will be monitored over the next few years.
